ARRIVAL IN NIGERIA!

Today the team arrived safely in Abuja, Nigeria. They were very tired after their long trip, but were excited about meeting their leaders, Mike and Megan Ribbens. They were also greeted by their Nigerian teammates at the Ribbens and were even more excited to meet them. The group now consists of 5 guys and 5 girls for the next two months. Very cool for all of them. Tracy is feeling great as she is in Nigeria and even more excited to explore outside in the morning. She asks for your continued prayers and support as she gets settled in and in tune with Nigerian culture.

Good luck trace as you begin your summer in Nigeria. I am so proud of what you are doing. I know God will do awesome things in your life and in the lives you touch. I will pray for you as you make this huge culture change. I'm glad you made it safely. Make sure you take those malaria pills!!

The day finally came for you! We pray that you will be used in great ways serving our Lord and Savior. May He show you ways to communicate when the words may not be there. To us it may seem like it is another day and you are away at school, but to your parents you are miles and miles and miles away from them. You asked me to take care of your mom and be assured that I will do that! We will be praying for you daily. What a great opportunity you are able to fulfil...this is an opporotunity that you will never regret. GO SERVE!

Hey Tracy,
We want you to know how excited we are for you and we pray that along with being safe, you will have a fantastic trip, both for yourself and all those lives you touch. We also send you our deepest regrets in the loss of your grandpa. We pray that you will receive a great measure of peace to help to heal your sorrow.
God bless you,
the Gabrielse family
